The room was clean, the beds were super comfy, and check-in was really easy. it was just a nice, simple stay... I'd definitely stay here again.

I’m usually patient with online bookings, but this was frustrating. The website kept freezing while I was trying to reserve, and then the price changed when I got to checkout. I had to start over twice, which really isn’t the kind of experience I expect when I’m paying for a service. Customer support eventually responded, but it was slower than I would’ve liked. Overall, not a great experience.

We had a really fun time here as a family! The kids were having a blast, which made the whole visit worth it. The lines did get a little long at times, but overall it was a great place to spend the day together.

I checked steamboat.com for places to eat before our trip, it was helpful. There were a bunch of options listed, from quick little bites to nicer dinner places. Made it a lot easier to plan meals for the family instead of figuring it all out last minute...

The rental gear was in good shape and everything went smoothly. Pickup was quick enough too, though I probably made it harder on myself by showing up at a busy time. Overall, it worked out fine.

We used the info on Steamboat to figure out parking and how to get around the resort, i’m glad we did. The shuttle setup was easy to understand, and most days we didn’t have to wait too long, which made things a lot less stressful.

The only thing I regret is not looking into the parking situation a little more before our first morning. It was kind of confusing at first, and a few lots filled up faster than we expected. Once we got the hang of it, though, it was totally manageable. Not perfect, but overall it worked out fine.

I had a really smooth experience here and loved how many different runs there were to pick from. The variety of terrain kept things fun the whole time.

I reached out to Steamboat with a simple question about my booking, and it ended up taking a lot longer than I expected to get a clear answer. The first reply felt like they had skimmed right past the details I included, which was frustrating because I’d already typed out the dates and reservation info to make it easy.

To be fair, nobody was rude or anything like that, but the help just wasn’t very useful at first. For what the trip cost, I expected the process to feel a bit smoother. It did get sorted out eventually, but it added more stress than it really needed to.

I bought lift tickets first and then ended up upgrading to a pass through Steamboat. Skiing is never exactly cheap, so I wouldn’t call it a bargain, but compared to paying for individual days, it definitely felt like the smarter move.

I used the pass for a few trips and felt like I got a reasonable amount of value out of it. If the pricing stays in the same ballpark next season, I’d probably use them again

I had a fun trip overall, and the mountain itself was great, but the lifts were really hit or miss. Some days there were random stops and delays, and it made it tough to plan out runs or keep any kind of rhythm. At times it felt like we were just getting passed around from one lift issue to the next instead of actually skiing. Not a terrible experience, just more frustrating than I expected for the price

We had such a good experience here. The instructors were super patient with my kids, they picked things up way faster than I expected. They were learning, laughing, and having a great time the whole way through
